De-stressing During the Holidays

With holiday break coming up — or here already — be sure to make time to de-stress or before you know it you’ll find yourself back at school feeling like you never had a break at all. Here’s some great ways to drop the stress even while you are plowing through that term paper.
Exercise. Yep, it’s still the best de-stresser around.
Commune with nature. Or at least go outside.
Spend some face time with good friends.
Get enough sleep. For once.
That’s the list. The only thing for you to do is actually schedule these into your time off. Don’t stress out about it, just do it.
